## Trigger

A prospect submits the MBAC intake landing page (or an intake arrives by email/phone/walk-in and needs to be entered the same way).

## Inputs / Context needed

- The submission: business name, owner name, email, mobile, LinkedIn URL, business type, what they need
- The connected store location (shared folder / CRM)

## Steps

1. Landing-page submissions save to the connected store automatically. This skill is the safety net and the manual path.
2. For any intake that arrives OUTSIDE the landing page (walk-in, phone, event sheet, email): paste the raw notes into Claude with the MBAC Context Document and this file.
3. Ask Claude to structure it into the standard intake record: business name, owner, email, mobile, LinkedIn, business type, need, source, date.
4. Ask Claude to flag anything missing (no mobile? no LinkedIn?) so you capture it on the first call instead of discovering the gap later.
5. Save the structured record to the connected store. One store, no side lists, no sticky notes.
6. Confirm the acknowledgment + booking link went out (Skill: Intake Acknowledge step inside this flow). If it did not, send it now.

## Rules that never bend

- Every intake, from every source, ends up in the SAME connected store in the SAME format.
- No client waits more than one business day for an acknowledgment.

## Human checkpoint (Zone 1, spot-check)

This runs as Zone 1 (AI/automation runs it). Deborah spot-checks weekly: pick 3 random intakes, confirm the record is complete and the acknowledgment went out.

## Safety & disclosure

Intake data is client PII. It lives in the connected store, not in chat history. When pasting manual intakes into Claude, include only what the record needs.

## Output & where it lands

A complete, standard intake record in the connected store, feeding enrichment (Skill 04) and sequences (Skill 01).
