Disruption Now Human First AI School

Learner privacy
notice.

We protect your information mainly by collecting very little of it. This page says what we collect, why, where it lives, how long we keep it, who can see it, and how to ask for your record.

Effective September 27, 2026 · Summarises the Student Information Security and Data Protection Policy, version 1.0, adopted September 22, 2026

Who we are

The Human-First AI School is run by Disruption Now Media, Corp., doing business as Disruption Now, at 1819 Innovation Hub, 2900 Reading Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45206. Questions about this notice or your record go to school@disruptionnow.com.

Our learners are adults, usually employees of the organization that enrolled them. This site is not for children.

What we collect

Only what a school needs to teach you and to record that you finished:

  • Your name and work email address
  • Your employer or organization
  • The program you chose, your cohort, and session dates
  • Attendance at instructor-led sessions
  • Coursework you submit, and knowledge-check results and instructor feedback
  • The credential you earned and the date you earned it

What we never ask you for: Social Security numbers, dates of birth, home addresses, personal phone numbers, wage or salary information, race or gender, driver's license numbers, or payment card or bank account details. If a reimbursement program such as Ohio TechCred needs any of those, your employer gives them to the state directly. They do not pass through us.

Before you enroll: the access form

To open a program on this site you tell us your first and last name, work email, organization, and the program you picked. That is a contact record, not yet a student record. It is sent to our team so an instructor can follow up, and it is saved in your browser so you do not have to fill the form in again. Nothing else on the form is collected, and a hidden field catches bots.

If you fill in the form and decide not to continue, write to school@disruptionnow.com and we will delete the contact record.

What stays on your device

Your progress through the modules, checklists, drafts you type into the tools, and the program you last opened are saved in your own browser's storage. They never leave your device unless you download or copy them. Reset Progress in the footer clears them. Pages you have opened are cached so the site keeps working offline.

We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics on this site. The fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives the ordinary technical request for the font file, which includes your device's IP address.

Your own AI tools

The exercises have you work in your own Claude account, or another AI tool your employer provides. What you type there goes to that tool's provider under that account's terms and your employer's AI policy. We do not receive it and we do not store it. Every course tells you to use redacted or sample material only: no customer, client, patient, or employee names or identifiers, no account numbers, no contract terms, nothing your employer's policy forbids.

Instructor-led courses

In a live course you submit lab work as file attachments to the lead instructor, and the instructor records your attendance and each submission. Knowledge checks are scored by the instructor in session. Your submitted work and results are visible to the lead instructor for your cohort, any additional instructor assigned to teach it, and the Disruption Now administrator who maintains student records. No one else.

Your sponsoring employer is told that you enrolled, attended, completed, and what credential you earned. It does not receive your coursework or your individual answers.

Where your information is kept and how it is protected

Student records are kept in one system of record: an access-controlled database hosted in the United States (Supabase) behind this platform, reached only over an encrypted connection. The site itself is hosted by Netlify and stores nothing about you at rest. Correspondence and signed enrollment forms live in our Google Workspace. Each of these providers is independently audited and encrypts data in transit and at rest.

Every person who can reach student data has their own named account with multi-factor authentication, at the lowest level of access their job needs, on an encrypted device. We do not sell your information, and we do not share anything about an identified learner with anyone else without your written consent, except where the law or an audit of a state-funded program requires it.

How long we keep it

Ohio rules for career schools set the periods. Your enrollment, attendance, evaluation, and progress records, your submitted coursework, and correspondence containing your information are kept for five years from the end of your enrollment, then securely deleted. The completion record (your name, program, clock hours, credential, and date) is kept permanently. Each deletion is logged by date and count, with no personal data in the log.

Your record and your choices

  • You may ask for your record of progress and conduct at any time, and we will provide it.
  • You may ask us to correct something that is wrong.
  • You may ask us to delete an access-form contact record if you did not enroll.
  • You can clear everything saved in your browser with Reset Progress.

Write to school@disruptionnow.com. Any change to a student record is documented and signed by a school official.

If something goes wrong

If we discover unauthorized access to student information, we contain it, assess what was involved, and notify affected Ohio residents in the most expedient time possible and no later than 45 days after discovery, as Ohio law requires. Where we hold your data on your employer's behalf, we notify your employer as well.
