For Government
AI recommends. Humans decide.
A human-first AI track for the people who run government, from the frontline clerk to the department director. Built on the Five Rules of Government AI and the Ascend 2030 cognitive delegation model, it teaches public servants to use AI as leverage, not a replacement: faster document workflows, plainer resident communication, honest readiness assessment, and a hard human-review checkpoint on every consequential decision. The goal is not automation. It is amplification, helping each public servant do more of what only humans can do.

The Context Matrix: Cognitive Delegation Zones
Decide what to delegate to AI, what stays human, and where the two collaborate, before you deploy anything.

Assess Before You Deploy: Evaluation & the PII/CJIS Guardrail
Leadership scores readiness against the Five Rules and matches a pilot, while every data step carries the guardrail for PII (personal details that identify someone) and CJIS criminal-justice data.

The Prompt Architecture: T.E.C.R.E.I.
Stop hunting for clever wording. A reliable prompt has six parts. Fill all six and the quality stops being luck.

Advancing Prompting
Once the architecture is solid, these six techniques raise the ceiling: reverse, recursive, self-critique, deeper reasoning, debate, and creative temperature. Optional depth: be comfortable with the T.E.C.R.E.I. basics first.

Your Government Context Document
A one-page brief, in your own voice, that you paste at the top of every AI conversation about your work, so you never re-explain yourself and AI gives you more accurate, relevant help. Fill in what you can; you can also build it by letting AI interview you (see The AI Interview exercise). Never include resident names, addresses, case numbers, or any identifiers. Use "Resident A" or "Case 1".
