MBAC AI Foundations

A refresher on everything from the first trainings, rebuilt around MBAC's own work: your context, the rules that never bend, T.E.C.R.E.I., clarity and the send test, meta-prompting on real MBAC tasks, finding your next workflow, building a skill, and loading your workflow's Project. Then a stage on the MBAC Skills Library, the fifteen skills this team owns. Pick your workflow below and every example switches to match. Nothing is locked, so jump straight to the stage you need.

0 of 9 stage checks complete. Nothing is locked: move around freely, and skip ahead to what you need a refresher on.

1. Your MBAC context

The C in T.E.C.R.E.I., and the most important thing to get right. Eight questions about MBAC and your seat in it. The file writes itself next to you, and it goes at the top of every AI chat before any skill.

Your role, what you own day to day, and who you hand work to.
The center in two sentences. Who runs it, what it offers, what it costs.
The business owners you actually see. Stage, industry, what they worry about.
Workflow A or B, and which steps are yours.
The one to three activity numbers you control. Not outcomes.
Your tone, words you use with clients, words you never use.
The send test. When is a draft ready to go out under your name?
Client PII, financials, anything non-public. Ohio IT-17 posture: public-record data only.

Before you paste anything into an AI tool

  • MBAC operates as if Ohio Administrative Policy IT-17 applies: public-record data only in general AI chats.
  • Client names with financials, certification documents, tax and ID documents, and home addresses never go in a chat. Use category labels: "Client A," "a retail business in Avondale."
  • PII beyond ordinary business contact details is double-verified with its owner before it is read, restructured, or stored anywhere.
  • Use the business-grade AI accounts MBAC approved, with training turned off. If you are not sure which account you are in, stop and check.
  • Everything you type on this page is saved in this browser only. The one exception is the knowledge check sign-in at the end, and that screen says exactly what it sends.
The team starter document

The team starter is the shared version everyone pastes. Yours adds your seat on top of it. An unfinished file still downloads.
