Build Your Business Context Document
Write it once. Reuse it on every prompt.
What you'll be able to do
- Produce the 11-field Business Context Document
- Save it where it auto-loads
- Understand why it kills repetitive re-explaining
Stop re-explaining your business every prompt
Every time you start an AI chat cold, you re-explain what you do, who your customers are, and how you sound. That is wasted time and the draft still comes back generic. A Context Document is a single page you paste at the top of every chat so AI shows up already knowing your business. Build it once with the Business Context Document tool, then reuse it everywhere.
Walk the 11 fields
The tool walks you through your role and business, what you do, your customers and revenue, your offers and pricing, your pain points, your recurring tasks, your brand voice and standards, your 90-day goals, your constraints, the tools you use, and your privacy rules. Answer them once in plain language, in your own words.
The privacy line
Keep real customer names and contact info out. No card numbers, no bank account numbers, no full Social Security numbers. Use labels instead: "Customer A," "the supplier," "a regular." When you need to talk about a real customer in a prompt, redact first. This line holds for every module and every tool in this track.
Save it where it reloads
- Claude. Save it as a Project so every chat starts with your context.
- Gemini. Save it as a Gem, or paste it at the top of any conversation.
- NotebookLM. Upload it as a source and reference it in every prompt.
Quarterly tune-up
Update it when something real changes: a new offer, a new kind of customer, a price change, a new goal. Otherwise leave it alone. A Context Document you fiddle with weekly is a Context Document you do not trust.
